Lindos Village, for most travellers, is the most spectacular archaeological site on Rhodes. At first glance, everyone is compelled to apply the brakes in order to appreciate the tremendous natural environment, which is complemented by the beautiful character of the town created in the recent past.
Lindos really has two beaches that occupy the same bay. There are loungers and umbrellas everywhere, and the beaches are lively but not overcrowded.Follow the sign for the Lindos main beach to the left, but if you walk straight down below the Acropolis of Lindos, along Pallas str., you will find yourself at the right end of the Lindos beach known as Pallas Beach.
St. Paul's Bay has sand and pebbles, as well as rocks from which you can dive into the clear water. You'll have to park the vehicles before you get to the beach, and then you'll have to walk there. You may also walk here from Lindos.
The church of Panagia (Our Lady) is an exquisite sight and an essential stop for all travelers, located on the left of the road leading up to the Acropolis at Lindos, only a few of minutes walk from the main plaza into the labyrinth of Lindos alleyways.
