Lindos really has two beaches that occupy the same bay. There are loungers and umbrellas everywhere, and the beaches are lively but not overcrowded.Follow the sign for the Lindos main beach to the left, but if you walk straight down below the Acropolis of Lindos, along Pallas str., you will find yourself at the right end of the Lindos beach known as Pallas Beach.
St. Paul's Bay has sand and pebbles, as well as rocks from which you can dive into the clear water. You'll have to park the vehicles before you get to the beach, and then you'll have to walk there. You may also walk here from Lindos.
The church of Panagia (Our Lady) is an exquisite sight and an essential stop for all travelers, located on the left of the road leading up to the Acropolis at Lindos, only a few of minutes walk from the main plaza into the labyrinth of Lindos alleyways.
The Greek Orthodox Church of St John, constructed in the 13th or 14th century on the remains of an earlier church that may have been established as early as the 6th century.According to the remaining architectural elements, the church of Ayios Ioannis was constructed in the 12th/13th centuries, perhaps on the foundation of an Early Christian basilica from the 6th century.
