Your evening begins with two professionally guided group sessions: 15 minutes of mobility and breathwork to center your body, followed by 45 minutes of dynamic, bodyweight-based training designed to energize and awaken. After your sweat, refuel with a fresh smoothie and homemade protein bar.

As the sun dips below the horizon, stay to sip, sway, and connect under ambient and electronic beats curated by our sunset DJ. This is more than a workout — it’s a chance to share moments, smiles, and the magic of Rhodes at dusk.
